West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. reported a net loss of US$751 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, as restructuring and impairment charges weighed heavily on results affected by weak lumber and OSB markets. The Vancouver-based wood products manufacturer posted quarterly sales of US$1.165 billion, down from the prior year, with losses widening from US$62 million in the same period of 2024.
