Swiss Krono completes North American expansion

Swiss Krono Group has completed its acquisition of Collins Pine Company’s particleboard and engineered wood siding manufacturing facilities in Klamath Falls, Oregon, effective August 25, 2025. The sites are now officially part of Swiss Krono’s North American operations, expanding its footprint into the Western United States, Swiss Krono announced. This acquisition follows the initial transaction announcement on May 30, 2025. Both companies acknowledged the support of employees, customers, and partners during the transition period.
