Stora Enso has announced the proposed board of directors for the forest holding company that is planned to be separated from the group as part of its ongoing corporate restructuring. The spin-off of the company holding Stora Enso’s Swedish forest assets is expected to be completed in the first half of 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
