Estonian private forest prices moved in different directions in early 2026, with spruce sawlogs continuing to rise while pulpwood prices remained well below last year’s average. The clearest strength is still in large-diameter softwood logs. The average spruce log price reached €109.74/m³ in January-April 2026, up 7.2% from the 2025 average.
