Premier Forest Products acquires National Timber Systems

Premier Forest Products has acquired engineered timber specialist National Timber Systems (NTS) from the administrators of National Timber Group, strengthening its engineered timber offer across the UK. The transaction brings NTS’s operations in Bristol, Newcastle and Catterick into Premier Forest’s portfolio and integrates its product range with the group’s Mon Timber Engineering division.
