Norwegian softwood exports to the European Union remained firm at the start of 2026, building on the strong momentum seen in 2025, although growth is becoming more uneven across key markets. EU imports of Norwegian softwood logs reached 834,456 cubic metres in January–February 2026, up 12% compared to the same period in 2025.
