Norway recorded another record year for logging in 2025, marking the second consecutive annual high in harvesting volumes, as elevated timber prices and strong demand in the first half of the year encouraged forest owners to increase deliveries. Although prices weakened towards year-end, harvesting activity remained high throughout the year.
