Spanish cooperatives LANA and Etorki have completed a merger approved by the general assemblies of both companies, creating a significantly larger wood processing group within the Mondragon Corporation network. The integration combines the industrial operations of both cooperatives and substantially increases production capacity at a time when demand for industrial timber products, timber construction materials and locally sourced wood remains strong across parts of Europe.
