James Latham reports solid figures despite uncertain economic background

Revenues at UK timber products distributor James Latham rose by 5.5% to £196.8m (€230.3m) for the six months ended 30 September 2025, compared with the same period last year. In a trading update published on 27 November, chairman Nick Latham said that cost prices for both timber and panel products remained stable throughout the first half of the financial year. “Volumes are up 6.8% year on year across both panels and timber products, with a significant part of this growth coming from the expansion of our LDT timber pack sales business,” he said.  ...
