IKEA Industry to cut around 400 jobs at Polish plants as furniture market remains under pressure

IKEA Industry plans to reduce its workforce at two manufacturing facilities in Poland, with up to 240 jobs expected to be cut at its Wielbark plant and around 160 positions at its Goleniów operation. The company said the measures are linked to lower order volumes and rising operating costs, forcing it to adjust production capacity to current market conditions.
