Holmen’s wood products division records Q3 operating loss

Swedish forest products manufacturer Holmen reported a decline of SEK70m (€6m) in operating profit for the third quarter, mainly due to lower selling prices in its wood products division. The group’s total operating profit for the period amounted to SEK737m (€63.4m), compared with SEK1.078bn (€92.7m) in the same quarter last year. Holmen’s wood products division recorded sales of SEK943m (€81.1m) in Q3 2025, up from SEK921m (€79.2m) in Q3 2024.
