German wood-processing company Mocopinus will close all its production sites after efforts to secure an investor during insolvency proceedings failed, bringing an end to a business that traces its origins back to 1865. The company, headquartered in Ulm in the state of Baden-Württemberg, announced on March 5 that the restructuring process conducted under self-administration had not produced a solution for continuing operations.
