French Joubert Plywood joins Japanese group Nankai Plywood

Joubert Plywood has become part of the Japanese Nankai Plywood Group, marking a strategic step in the company’s long-term development. The decision follows the planned retirement of Thierry Joubert, President of the group, and addresses the need for continuity in leadership and operations. Joubert Plywood, known for its FSC- and PEFC-certified Okoumé and poplar plywood, maintains production in France and sources wood in full compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR).
