France: Blanc sawmill to triple production next year

Blanc, a family-run sawmill in the Rhône-Alpes region of south-east France, is set to significantly increase its output this year with the installation of a new sorting system from German machinery manufacturer Kallfass. The system is designed to handle a wide range of board dimensions, from 75–250 mm in width and 18–100 mm in thickness, accommodating the varied needs of the French timber construction sector.
