After two consecutive years of contraction, Europe’s construction industry is moving toward a gradual recovery, according to Euroconstruct. The outlook, set out in the organisation’s Winter 2025 Summary and Country Reports, suggests the sector is entering a phase of “cautious stabilisation” rather than a rapid rebound. Euroconstruct says that Europe’s economic fundamentals remain mixed.
