The European Commission has imposed definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of Chinese hardwood plywood, concluding an investigation that began more than a year ago. Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2333, published on 19 November 2025, establishes the final measures. The duties apply to plywood composed exclusively of sheets of wood other than bamboo and okoumé, with no layer exceeding 6 mm, and with at least one outer layer made of tropical or other non-softwood species listed under subheadings 4412 31, 4412 33 and 4412 34.
