Log prices in Estonia declined in March, with the sharpest monthly falls recorded in pine assortments, while pulpwood prices increased across all categories, according to the latest market overview published by MTÜ Eesti Erametsaliit. Pine logs fell 2.3% month-on-month to €105.60/m³, while spruce logs declined 0.8% to €109.06/m³. The weaker trend was more pronounced in smaller-diameter assortments, with pine small logs dropping 4.8% to €88.47/m³ and spruce small logs down 1.5% to €93.45/m³.
