China lifts import ban on US logs after review of US corrective measures

China’s General Administration of Customs (GAC) announced that it will lift the suspension on imports of US logs, effective November 10, following an evaluation of corrective measures taken by the United States. According to GAC Announcement No. 216, the decision repeals the earlier suspension notice (Announcement No. 29 of 2025) issued in March.
