Canfor to acquire PinkWood I-joist facility in Alberta for $68 million

Canfor Corporation has agreed to acquire the I-joist business of PinkWood Ltd. in Calgary, Alberta, for a total purchase price of $68 million, expanding its presence in the engineered wood products sector. The transaction includes PinkWood's manufacturing facility in Calgary, which produces engineered wood I-joists used in residential, multi-family and commercial construction.
