Lumber prices in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania at the beginning of 2026 reflect a market that is functioning within clearly defined price corridors. Softwood construction grades continue to trade in relatively narrow ranges, while birch hardwood maintains a significant premium supported by differentiated demand. Structural spruce and pine in the Baltics are currently priced between €205–235/m³.
