U.S.-based lumber and value-added wood products manufacturer UFP Industries reported weaker fourth-quarter 2025 results, reflecting softer demand across key construction-related markets and lower organic volumes. For the fourth quarter, net sales declined 9% year-over-year to $1.33 billion, driven by a 7% drop in organic unit sales and a 2% decrease in prices. Diluted earnings per share fell to $0.70, compared with $1.12 a year earlier, while net earnings attributable to controlling interests decreased to $40 million, from $68 million in Q4 2024.
