Mutares to acquire HARO flooring business

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has signed an agreement to acquire the Flooring Business of Hamberger Industriewerke GmbH, bringing the well-established HARO brand into its portfolio as a new platform investment within the Goods & Services segment. Closing is expected in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. At the centre of the transaction is HARO, one of Germany’s most recognised parquet and hard-flooring brands.
