The international Wood From Finland Conference was held in Helsinki from February 4 to 5, 2026, at the Grand Marina Congress Center. Around 550 sawmill and wood-industry executives from more than 30 countries attended what is regarded as Europe’s largest sawmill industry conference. Discussions focused on Finland’s position in global wood markets, changes in raw material availability, geopolitical risk and demand prospects across North America, Europe and China.
