Södra has completed the divestment of its forest holdings in the Baltics following the approval and finalisation of the agreement with Ingka Investments. Södra decided in early 2025 to sell all its forest assets in Latvia and Estonia as part of a strategy aimed at strengthening long-term competitiveness and focusing on its core mission. After the agreement was signed in October 2025, the transaction underwent competition review and received approvals from local authorities, a process that has now concluded.
