PGS Group enters the Italian market through acquisition in Lombardy

PGS Group has entered the Italian market through the acquisition of Beretta Pallets, a family-owned pallet manufacturer based in Mapello, in the province of Bergamo. The transaction marks PGS Group’s first operational presence in Italy and expands its activities in Southern Europe. Beretta Pallets was founded in 1920 by Luigi Beretta and has been active in pallet manufacturing since the 1960s. Since 2011, the company has operated from its Mapello site, located near Milan and Brescia.
