Russia’s forestry industry is preparing for a reduction in logging volumes

Russia’s timber industry is under pressure from economic and market conditions, forcing companies to focus on immediate operations rather than long-term planning. Preliminary estimates indicate logging volumes will fall 3–5% by the end of 2025 compared with last year.
