Rayonier Inc. and PotlatchDeltic Corp. have entered into a definitive agreement to merge in an all-stock “merger of equals,” creating a leading domestic land resources owner and a top-tier lumber manufacturer. The combined company is set to become the second-largest publicly traded timber and wood products firm in North America.
